About us
Our company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The individual we're looking for will have a background in using financial software and work in tandem with our executive team to ensure all deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will also have strong office management skills and have a background in using traditional accounting tools.
Responsibilities:
- Work with other employees in the office.
- Write down numbers, dates, and details.
- Keep accurate records.
- Keep financial and accounting records.
- Plan budgeting and forecasting based on the variations and trends in the data.
- Be able to do data entry onto spreadsheets.
- Record inventory on spreadsheet and evaluate trends of data.
- Enter data into database management systems.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
